Anti-explosion wall
The invention discloses an anti-explosion wall. The anti-explosion wall comprises a roof keel, a ground keel, a plurality of vertical keels, transverse keels and anti-explosion plates, wherein the twoends of each vertical keel are fixed between the roof keel and the ground keel correspondingly, the transverse keels penetrate through the vertical keels, each vertical keel comprises two first steelchannels, two web plates of the two first steel channels of each vertical keel are fixedly connected, notches of the two first steel channels of each vertical keel are opposite, each transverse keelcomprises two second steel channels, two web plates of the two second steel channels of each transverse keel are fixedly connected, notches of the two second steel channels of each transverse keel areopposite, and the anti-explosion plates are fixed on wing plates of the first steel channels and wing plates of the second steel channels. A relatively wide mounting face is formed by combining the web plates of the corresponding two steel channels to facilitate splicing and mounting of the corresponding anti-explosion plate, due to the fact that during resistance to impact force, the structure in which the notches of the two corresponding steel channels are opposite is higher in impact resistance internal force, under the condition of the same impact force, the stress face is enlarged, the pressure intensity is reduced, the deformation difficulty of the joints of the corresponding web plates and the corresponding anti-explosion plate is large, so that the anti-explosion capability of theanti-explosion wall is integrally improved.
本发明公开一种抗爆墙,包括沿顶龙骨、沿地龙骨、若干两端分别固定于沿顶龙骨和沿地龙骨之间的竖向龙骨、贯穿各竖向龙骨的横向龙骨以及防爆板;竖向龙骨包括两个第一槽钢,两个第一槽钢的两个腹板固定连接,两个第一槽钢的槽口相背;横向龙骨包括两个第二槽钢,两个第二槽钢的两个腹板固定连接,两个第二槽钢的槽口相背;防爆板固定于第一槽钢的翼板和第二槽钢的翼板。通过两个槽钢的腹板结合形成较宽的安装面,便于抗爆板拼接安装,由于抵抗冲击力时,两个槽钢槽口相背的结构抵抗冲击的内力更强,在相同冲击力的情况下,受力面增大,压强减少,对应腹板与抗爆板结合处发生形变的难度大,整体上提高了抗爆墙的抗爆能力。
