The invention discloses an iron tower strengthening method. The iron tower strengthening method comprises the following steps that (1), main materials to be strengthened on an electric transmission line iron tower are selected, protruding blocks to be connected and fixed are selected on the main materials, and the total lengths of the main materials, the shape of the protruding blocks and the corresponding position of the protruding blocks on the main materials are measured and taken; (2), the lengths of auxiliary main materials are intercepted according to the size of the total length of themain materials; (3), strengthening devices are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the protruding blocks on the main materials, on the auxiliary main materials, and connecting openings matchedwith the protruding blocks are formed in the strengthening devices according to the shape of the protruding blocks; and (4), the auxiliary main materials and the corresponding protruding blocks are clamped and spliced to the main materials through the connecting openings, and upper ends and lower ends of the auxiliary main materials and the main materials are flush with each other. According to the iron tower strengthening method, by additionally arranging the auxiliary main materials with the length being equal to the length of the main materials to be spliced to the main materials, the mainmaterials are strengthened, and the iron tower strengthening method has the advantages of simple construction, concise strengthening form, and stable and reliable strengthening.
本发明公开一种铁塔加固方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选定输电线路铁塔上所要加固的主材,在主材上选定所要被连接固定的凸起块,量取主材的总长度、凸起块的形状以及凸起块在主材上对应的位置;(2)根据主材的总长度大小,截取副主材的长度;(3)在副主材上对应主材上凸起块的位置设置加固装置,加固装置根据凸起块的形状开设有与凸起块相匹配的连接口;(4)副主材通过连接口与对应的凸起块卡合拼接到主材上,副主材与主材的上下两端相互平齐。本发明通过增设一长度与主材相等的副主材拼接到主材上,从而对主材进行加固,具有施工简单,加固形式简洁,加固稳定可靠的优点。
