The invention provides a lifting device for a zinc oxide arrester resistance current tester. The device comprises a triangular ladder; two sides of the triangular ladder are respectively provided withdouble-link mechanisms; the double-link mechanisms comprise mounting plates fixed on one side of the triangular ladder; a first rocker, a second rocker, a third rocker and a sliding block are arranged on each mounting plate; the sliding blocks are in sliding connection with the mounting plates; the device further comprises cranks; one ends of the cranks are hinged with the middles of the third rockers; the other ends of the cranks are driven to rotate by rotary driving mechanisms; the rotary driving mechanisms are fixed on the mounting plates; a telescopic rod is arranged on two sides, between the sliding blocks of the double-link mechanisms, of the triangular ladder; a fixed box is arranged on the telescopic rod; and a tray used for fixing the zinc oxide arrester resistance current tester is arranged in the fixed box. According to the device, the zinc oxide arrester resistance current tester is lifted, and the tester can be smoothly, safely and stably lifted to the position to be measured.
