The invention discloses an integrated automatic monitoring device and method for horizontal displacement and deep displacement of a support pile top. The monitoring device comprises an inclinometer pipe, a tandem fixed inclinometer, an inclinometer pipe protective cover, an intelligent data acquisition box, an I-shaped stainless steel mark point, a total station, a signal tower and a PC terminal.According to the device, the inclinometer pipe protection cover is arranged on a traditional inclinometer pipe, silt can be effectively prevented from entering the inclinometer pipe to damage the inclinometer, the inclinometer can be repeatedly used, and raw materials are saved. Simultaneously, the traditional inclinometer is used for measuring the deep displacement by taking the bottom of the support pile as a reference. An I-shaped stainless steel mark point which is arranged above the inclinometer pipe and is convenient for measuring horizontal displacement is used as a reference. The measured data are transmitted to the PC terminal in real time, PC terminal software corrects the measured deep displacement through the horizontal displacement of the top of the supporting pile, the real-time deformation amount of the supporting pile can be measured, and the deformation condition of the foundation pit can be mastered more finely.
本发明公开了一种支护桩顶水平位移与深层位移一体化自动监测装置及方法,监测装置包括测斜管、串联式固定测斜仪、测斜管保护盖、智能数据采集箱、“I”型不锈钢标志点、全站仪、信号塔及PC终端。本发明在传统的测斜管上设测斜管保护盖,可有效的阻隔用于泥沙进入测斜管内损坏测斜仪,可重复利用,节省原材料。与此同时,本发明将传统的测斜仪以支护桩底部为基准测量深层位移,改变为以测斜管上方的方便测量水平位移的“I”型不锈钢标志点为基准,并将所测得的数据实时传输至PC终端,PC终端软件将所测得的深层位移通过支护桩顶的水平位移进行校正,可测出支护桩的实时变形量,更加精细的掌握基坑变形情况。
