The invention particularly relates to a door assembly and steam cooking equipment with the door assembly. The door assembly comprises: a door body assembly, in which an air duct is arranged and on which an air inlet and an air outlet communicated with the air duct are formed; an electric appliance assembly arranged in the air duct; and a fan arranged in the air duct and used for driving air to flow into the air duct from the air inlet, wherein the air flows through the electric appliance assembly and then flows out of the air outlet. Through the air inlet, the air duct, the fan and the air outlet, the purpose of cooling the electric appliance assembly in the door body assembly is achieved; specifically, the fan drives air to flow into the air duct from the air inlet, and the air flows through the electric appliance assembly and then flows out of the air outlet, so that the phenomenon that the temperature of the electric appliance assembly exceeds the standard due to high temperature inthe door body assembly is reduced, and then working stability of the electric appliance assembly is improved.
