Pouring method of prefabricated subway structure
The invention relates to a pouring method of a prefabricated subway structure. The method comprises the following steps: dividing the subway structure into a plurality of regions along the extension direction of the subway; dividing each region into a first portion and a second portion; sequentially pouring the first portion of the first region and the first portion of the second region; simultaneously pouring the second portion of the first region and the first portion of the third region; repeatedly performing the steps in the same manner until the pouring of the first portion of the last region is finished; and sequentially pouring the second portion of the penultimate region and the second portion of the last region. According to the pouring method, due to the facts that the subway structure is divided into the plurality of regions, and each region is divided into the first portion and the second portion, when a prefabricated component of the subway structure is poured, the three-dimensional space of the prefabricated component can be fully utilized, and formwork erection, steel bar binding and concrete pouring can be simultaneously performed longitudinally and transversely toimprove the prefabrication efficiency.
