Preparation method of seawater calcareous sand basalt fiber cement-based composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a seawater calcareous sand basalt fiber cement-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) seawater treatment: adding 10g of sulfate reducing bacteria into per liter of seawater; 2) reinforcing calcareous sand: firstly, putting the calcareous sand into seawater, and then adding anhydrous calcium chloride; secondly, adding urea, and uniformly stirring; thirdly, adding bacillus pasteurii powder, and uniformly stirring; 3) basalt fiber etching: firstly, fermenting carbohydrate with lactic acid bacteria to generate lactic acid; secondly, putting the basalt fibers into lactic acid to be soaked for 48 hours; and 4) uniformly stirring and mixing the seawater treated in the step 1), the calcareous sand reinforced in the step 2) and the basalt fibers etched in the step 3) with Portland cement, and curing to obtain the cement-based composite material. The preparation method of the cement-based composite material provided by the invention can be used for preparing the cement-based composite material with relatively high quality by using local materials in areas such as islands and the like which are lack ofdata and relatively high in transportation cost.
本发明公开了一种海水钙质砂玄武岩纤维水泥基复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)海水的处理:每升海水加入10克的硫酸盐还原菌;2)钙质砂加固:首先,将钙质砂放入海水中,再加入无水氯化钙;其次,加入尿素,搅拌均匀;再次,加入巴氏芽孢杆菌菌粉,搅拌均匀;3)玄武岩纤维刻蚀:首先,将乳酸菌发酵碳水化合物生成乳酸;其次,将玄武岩纤维放入乳酸中浸泡48小时;4)将经步骤1)处理的海水、经步骤2)加固的钙质砂和经步骤3)刻蚀的玄武岩纤维,与硅酸盐水泥搅拌混合均匀,经养护后,得到水泥基复合材料。本发明提供的水泥基复合材料的制备方法能够在海岛等资料匮乏且运送成本较高的区域就地取材,制备较高质量的水泥基复合材料。
