The invention provides a preparation method of a low-cost porous silicon nitride refractory brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, adding a binder into a solvent to prepare abinder solution, and stirring and mixing powder obtained after dust removal in a ferrosilicon furnace and the binder solution in a ball mill to obtain powder 1; 2, adding a pore-forming agent into thepowder 1, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain powder 2; 3, subjecting the powder 2 to compression molding to obtain a green brick body; step 4, drying and curing the green brick body having undergone compression molding in the step 3; step 5, putting the green brick body dried and cured in the step 4 into a degumming furnace, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to remove the poreforming agent; and step 6, putting the green body obtained by removing the pore-forming agent in the step 5 into a nitriding furnace, and carrying out reactive sintering in a nitrogen atmosphere. Thepowder obtained after dust removal in the ferrosilicon furnace is adopted, and iron silicon nitride is prepared through a nitriding reaction and replaces silicon nitride to serve as a raw material forpreparation of the porous silicon nitride refractory brick, so the production cost of the silicon nitride refractory brick is greatly reduced.
本发明提供一种低成本多孔氮化硅耐火砖的制备方法,包含以下步骤:步骤1,将粘结剂加入溶剂中配成粘结剂溶液,将硅铁除尘粉与粘结剂溶液在球磨机中搅拌混料,得到粉料1;步骤2,在粉料1中加入造孔剂,搅拌均匀,得到粉料2;步骤3,将粉料2进行模压成型,得到砖块生坯;步骤4,将步骤3中模压成型的砖块生坯烘干固化;步骤5,将步骤4中烘干固化的砖块生坯放入脱胶炉中,高温处理,去除造孔剂;步骤6,将步骤5中去除造孔剂得到的坯体放入氮化炉中,在氮气氛围中进行反应烧结。本发明采用硅铁除尘粉,通过渗氮反应制备氮化硅铁替代氮化硅作为原料,制备多孔氮化硅耐火砖,大大降低了氮化硅耐火砖的生产成本。
