The invention discloses a roadbed and pavement levelness detection device. The device comprises a vehicle body, a lower bottom surface of the vehicle body is connected to a concave-convex detection plate and marking equipment, and the concave-convex detection plate is in contact with the marking equipment; a lower surface of the concave-convex detection plate is provided with a row of closely arranged grooves, moving rods are arranged in the grooves, the top ends of the moving rods are located in the grooves, the top ends of the moving rods and the tops in the grooves are fixedly connected toboth ends of strong springs respectively, and rollers are rotatably connected to the bottom ends of the moving rods; side surfaces of the moving rods positioned outside the grooves are in contact withthe marking equipment through push bars; two ends of an upper surface of the concave-convex detection plate are connected to the bottom of the vehicle body through electric telescopic rods; in the process of driving the vehicle body, rollers on the concave-convex detection plate can drive the moving rods to move up and down when encountering uneven places, then the push bars can drive push rods to drive extrusion plates to extrude marking liquid soft packages, then marking liquid can flow out to the road for marking, and subsequent road surface evenness repairing is facilitated.
