The invention discloses an overpass expressway steel box girder bridge construction method. The method includes: machining steel box girder segments; mounting a first bracket; erecting a steel box girder on the first bracket according to an overpass hoisting mode; and welding the steel box girder, and connecting all the steel box girder segments. The construction mode solves the problems of long construction period, complex process, high cost and high construction technical requirements in the traditional technology adopting a pushing or sliding mode; the steel box girder segments are assembled through pile hoisting equipment and a steel pipe column temporary support, the cost is low, the construction process is simple and convenient, the influence on the existing expressway is small, andthe construction period is greatly shortened, therefore the method has good technical application and popularization value.
本发明公开了一种上跨高速公路钢箱梁桥施工的方法,其中包括:加工钢箱梁节段;安装第一支架;根据上跨吊装的方式将所述钢箱梁架设在所述第一支架上;对所述钢箱梁进行焊接,将各个钢箱梁节段进行连接。这种施工方式解决了传统技术中,通过顶推或者滑移方式中存在的工期较长、工序复杂、成本较高、施工技术要求高的问题,采用吊桩设备和钢管柱临时支架进行钢箱梁节段拼装,成本低,施工工艺简便,对既有高速影响也较小,且极大的缩短了工期,具有很好的技术推广应用价值。
