Hoisting method for steel structure frame beam of half-through and through arch bridge
The invention discloses a hoisting method for a steel structure frame beam of a half-through and through arch bridge. The hoisting method comprises the following steps: a main arch is prefabricated; aplurality of first section of steel beam are prefabricated, wherein each first section of steel beam comprises a first cross beam and a first main longitudinal beam provided with a track; a pluralityof second sections of steel beam assembly are prefabricated, wherein each second section steel beam assembly comprises a second main longitudinal beam and a second secondary longitudinal beam, and each second main longitudinal beam is provided with a rail; the second sections of steel beam assembly are arranged on the first sections of steel beam; at least two first sections of steel beam are hoisted below the main arch; second main longitudinal beams are hoisted between the first cross beams of the two first sections of steel beam to make a track on the second main longitudinal beams communicated with a track on the first main longitudinal beams; and a second crane is arranged on the track of the first main longitudinal beams, and the plurality of second secondary longitudinal beams arehoisted between the two first cross beams through the second crane. According to the characteristics of the steel structure frame beam, a method of combining whole section assembly and spare part assembly is adopted, so the hoisting and erecting construction period of the steel structure frame beam is shortened.
本发明公开一种中下承式拱桥的钢结构框架梁的吊装方法,包括:预设主拱;预制若干第一节段钢梁,其包括第一横梁、设有轨道的第一主纵梁;预制若干第二节段钢梁组件,其包括第二主纵梁和第二次纵梁,且第二主纵梁上设有一轨道;将第二节段钢梁组件置于第一节段钢梁上;在主拱的下方吊装至少两个第一节段钢梁;在两个第一节段钢梁的第一横梁之间吊装第二主纵梁,使第二主纵梁上的轨道和第一主纵梁上的轨道连通;将第二吊机置于第一主纵梁的轨道上,通过第二吊机将若干第二次纵梁吊装在两个第一横梁间。本发明根据钢结构框架梁的自身特点,采用整节段拼装和散件拼装相结合的方法,缩短钢结构框架梁的吊装架设工期。
