Construction method for building bridge through bridge crane fishing process
The invention relates to a construction method for building a bridge through a bridge crane fishing process. A fishing method bridge girder erection machine, auxiliary equipment and facilities are utilized and a fishing method construction process is adopted to finish erection construction of pile foundations, bearing platforms, piers and bridges. A local double-beam mechanism is adopted in the front of the fishing method bridge girder erection machine, front auxiliary supporting legs and three travelling cranes are additionally arranged, and two of the travelling cranes are located on a single guide beam and used for hoisting auxiliary equipment and facilities like a drilling machine, a bearing platform template, a pier body template and reinforcing steel bars and transferring construction waste, the other travelling crane is located on the local double beams and used for transverse movement and short-distance longitudinal movement of equipment within the bearing platform range, and the front auxiliary supporting legs can be supported on the ground and are tightly matched with the three travelling cranes to complete fishing method construction operation. According to the method, aconstruction road is not arranged, the transplanting amount of green plants is reduced to the minimum, the green plants are transplanted only within an abutment projection range, the original landform can be more completely reserved, the activity space of wild small animals can be protected as much as possible, and the harmony degree between people and the nature can be kept to the maximum extent.
本发明涉及桥机钓鱼法修建桥梁的施工方法，利用钓鱼法架桥机和辅助设备、设施，采用钓鱼法施工工艺完成桩基、承台、桥墩及桥梁的架设施工。该钓鱼法架桥机前部采取局部双梁机构，并另增加了前部辅助支腿和三台行车，其中两台行车位于单导梁上，用于钻机、承台模板、墩身模板、钢筋等辅助设备设施的吊装和施工废弃物的倒运；另一台行车位于局部双梁上，用于承台范围内的设备横向移动和短距离纵向移动，前部辅助支腿可支撑于地面，与3台行车紧密配合完成钓鱼法施工作业。本发明不设置施工便道，将绿植移栽量降到最低，仅墩台投影范围内移栽，可更完整地保留原始地貌，野生小动物活动空间能尽可能多的被保护，利于最大限度地保持人与自然的和谐度。
