The invention discloses a height-adjustable steel structure sliding boot, which comprises a basic sliding boot box (1). The top of the basic sliding boot box (1) is provided with an adjustable numberof adjusting plates (5), the tops of the adjusting plates (5) are provided with a bearing plate (3) through a wedge-shaped adjusting block (4), and the bottom of the bearing plate (3) is provided withan inclined face with a same angle to be matched with a wedge-shaped face of the wedge-shaped adjusting block (4). The sliding boot is simple in structure, ingenious in design and convenient to operate, the problems that the height of a sliding boot cannot be adjusted, reassembly is difficult and the like in the steel structure bridge sliding construction are solved, meanwhile, the steel structure bridge pre-camber control precision is guaranteed, the bridge construction quality is improved, and the construction risk of relative sliding of the bridge body and sliding boot in the sliding construction is avoided.
本发明公开了一种高度可调节的钢结构滑靴及其安装方法,包括基本滑靴箱(1),基本滑靴箱(1)顶部安装数量可调的调节板(5),调节板(5)顶部通过楔形调节块(4)安装承托板(3),承托板(3)底部有角度相同的斜面和楔形调节块(4)的楔形面配合。本发明结构简单,设计巧妙,操作方便,解决了钢结构桥梁滑移施工中滑靴高度不可调节,复装困难等问题,同时保证了钢结构桥梁预拱度控制精度,提高桥梁施工质量,避免了滑移施工中桥体滑靴之间相对滑动的施工风险。
