The structure comprises a handle, a dust cover, a collecting box, a driving chassis and a broom, the dust coveris mounted on the collecting box, the handle is fixed on a side of the collecting box, the driving chassis is arranged at the bottom of the collecting box, the broom is controlled in the driving chassis, a straight pipe, a refrigerating system, a rolling ball supporting point, a rolling ball, a supporting frame and a scraper knife are arranged in the driving chassis. According to the invention, the straight pipe and the scraper knife are matched with the refrigerating system respectively, and the scraper knife and the straight pipe can guarantee the low temperature of the knife surface and cooling in the straight pipe through the refrigerating system respectively, therefore when the broom extends into the straight pipe, chewing gum adhering to the broom can be hardened at a low temperature, and the chewing gum can be better separated from broom bristles.
