Snow sweeping brush with easily replaceable bristles
The invention discloses a snow sweeping brush with easily replaceable bristles. The snow sweeping brush comprises a brush disc and bristle bases. A plurality of mounting holes are uniformly formed onthe surface of the brush disc, the bristle bases are clamped in the mounting holes, bristles are arranged at the bottoms of the bristle bases, limiting rods are arranged on the left sides and the right sides of the bristle bases, permanent magnet blocks are arranged at the ends, close to the bristle bases, of the limiting rods, sliding grooves are formed on the left sides and the right sides of the mounting holes, and permanent magnet rings matched with the elastic limiting rods are mounted in the sliding grooves. Mounting grooves are formed in the end parts, far away from the bristle bases, of the limiting rods, bumping posts are mounted in the mounting grooves, and springs are mounted at the top ends of the bumping posts; and limiting holes matched with the bumping posts in radian are formed on the surface of the brush disc. The snow sweeping brush is simple in structure, the purpose of replacing the bristles can be achieved by replacing the bristle bases used for installing the bristles, and the operation is easy and convenient; and a snow removal agent is spread through a discharge port, so that the snow sweeping efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种易更换刷毛的扫雪刷，包括刷盘和刷毛基座；所述刷盘的表面均匀设置有若干个安装孔，安装孔的内部卡接刷毛基座，所述刷毛基座的底部设置有刷毛，所述刷毛基座的左右两侧设置有限位杆，所述限位杆靠近刷毛基座的一端设置有永磁块，安装孔左右两侧设置有滑槽，所述滑槽的内部安装有和弹性限位杆适配的永磁环；所述限位杆远离刷毛基座的端部设置有安装凹槽，所述安装凹槽的内部安装有挡柱,挡柱的顶端安装有弹簧；所述刷盘的表面设置有和挡柱弧度适配的限位孔。本发明结构简单，既可以通过更换用来安装刷毛的刷毛基座实现更换刷毛的目的，操作简便；而且通过出料口播撒除雪剂有效的提高了扫雪效率。
