According to the device, the position of a driver is eliminated to reduce the size of the vehicle body, a worker controls the operation of the vehicle body through an external remote controller, and the vehicle condition can be better controlled, so that the device can be more suitable for some small narrowroads, and the efficiency is greatly improved compared with manual cleaning; in addition, the device is provided with a special ice crushing apparatus, so that a crushed ice layer on the ground surface can be smashed, snow shoveling is facilitated, meanwhile, the device is provided with a special sweeping disc, snow and crushed ice residues in ground seams can be cleaned out, then the crushed iceresidues are sucked away through an ice suction device, and accidents are reduced.
