The invention discloses an anti-freezing and anti-scaling cleaning fire-fighting water tank. The anti-freezing and anti-scaling cleaning fire-fighting water tank comprises a tank body, a rain receiving port, a scale scraper and a turbine, wherein a solar panel is arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of the tank body, a heater is arranged between the outer cylindrical surface of the tank bodyand the solar panel, and the rain receiving port is arranged at the top end of the box body; a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the top of the tank body in a penetrating manner, a motor is arranged on the right side of the top of the tank body, a driving shaft is connected to the left side of the motor, a first bevel gear is arranged at the left end of the driving shaft, and the upper left part of the first bevel gear is provided with a second bevel gear; and a driven shaft is arranged below the second bevel gear, a connecting frame is arranged on the driven shaft in a penetrating manner, the connecting frame is connected with the scale scraper, and the position of the lower half section of the driven shaft is provided with the turbine in a penetrating manner. According tothe anti-freezing and anti-scaling cleaning fire-fighting water tank, water in the tank body can be prevented from being frozen in winter without the need of extra power, the scale scraper is arrangedto scrape dirt accumulated in the tank body, the dirt in the tank body is prevented from accumulating more and more, and the turbine is arranged, so that the water outlet is faster.
