The invention relates to a steel column foot structure with a shock absorption function. The steel column foot structure comprises a concrete foundation and a steel column, wherein a partition board is fixed on the concrete foundation, the steel column is vertically fixed on the partition board, a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom end of the steel column, a first shock absorption structure isarranged between the partition board and the bottom plate, and second shock absorption structures are arranged on the partition board on two sides of the steel column; the first shock absorption structure comprises a cross groove and a cross bulge, and a first stress absorption pad is arranged between the cross groove and the cross bulge; the second shock absorption structures are located on twosides of the steel column respectively and connected with beam wing flanges of the steel column, each second shock absorption structure comprises multiple connecting plates and a shock absorption box,a plate groove penetrating through a top surface is formed in the front side surface of the shock absorption box, a sealing plate provided with sealing groove holes is arranged in the plate groove, and the shock absorption box is filled with concrete. The problems that column foot rigid fixation of the steel column cannot resist shock with higher intensity and the column foot part is easily damaged by the shock are solved.
