The invention relates to a double-track and double-frame deformation house. The double-track and double-frame deformation house comprises a main frame (1), expansion frames (2), a first driving mechanism (3), floor members (4) and a second driving mechanism (5); the expansion frame is supported on the ground, the edge side parts of the expansion frame are symmetrically provided with sliding rails(11); the expansion frames are slidably arranged on the sliding rails; a first driving mechanism (3), which drives the expansion frame to slide in or out of the main frame; the floor members (4) correspond to the expansion frames, one side of the floor members is hinged with the lower part of the main frame; and a second driving mechanism (5) which is connected with the floor members and drives the floor members to flip so that the floor members can fit on the side face of the main frame or the bottom of the expansion frames. According to the double-track and double-frame deformation house, the expansion frames arranged on the main frame are used for performing space expansion, the operation is easy, the efficiency of space expansion is high, and the movement interference between the floormembers and the expansion frames is effectively avoided.
