The invention provides a five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material, application of the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material, and equipment and process for manufacturing the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material. The five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material comprises a first PET layer, a second PET layer, an aluminum foil layer, a third PET layer and a PE layer, wherein the first PET layer, the second PET layer, the aluminum foil layer, the third PET layer and the PE layer are arranged in sequence; high-efficient adhesive is applied between the first PET layer, the second PET layer, the aluminum foil layer, the third PET layer and the PE layer; the first PET layer is coated with organic silicon glue; and the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material is applicable to a water-proof layer of a house. The five-layer self-adhesive composite moisture-proof material has extremely high toughness, and higher tensile strength and impact strength, and the water vapor transmission amount and the oxygen transmission amount both reach the first level of the national standard GB/T 21302. By applying the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material,the cost for achieving the same effect is reduced by 40% compared with the cost by using an existing method; the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material is light in weight and small in size;and the surface layer of the material is coated with a special adhesive layer, so that the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material is able to adhere to the surface of a base material during construction, operation is simple and convenient, and easy to master, and the five-layer self-adhesive moisture-proof material has good practical value and wide application prospects.
本发明提出了一种五层自粘型防潮材料、应用及其设备和制作工艺，包括依次设置的第一PET层、第二PET层、铝箔层、第三PET层和PE层，所述第一PET层、第二PET层、所述铝箔层和第三PE层和PE层之间涂覆有高效粘合剂；所述第一PET层上涂覆有有机硅胶水物，所述五层自粘型防潮材料应用于房屋防水层，本产品为五层自粘复合型防潮材料,具有极强韧性，更强的抗张强度和冲击强度，水蒸气透过量及氧气透过量均达到国家标准GB/T 21302第一级水平，其应用，用自粘的材料，实现同等功效成本低于现有方法40％，并且质量轻、体积小，在材料表层涂布特制胶层，施工时粘贴于基材表面，操作简便，易掌握，具有很好的实用价值，应用前途广泛。
