The invention discloses a wall face ceramic tile laying device for constructional engineering construction. The laying device comprises a support, wherein a laying device body is arranged on the support. Through cooperation among the laying device body, a plastering device, a displacement device and a strain device, cement mortar is automatically applied to the back faces of ceramic tiles to be laid, and manual operation is not needed, so that the workload of workers is reduced; the applied cement amount is fixed, so that the situation that too little or too much cement is applied does not exist, and the ceramic tiles to be laid and the indoor environment are protected; the cement mortar cannot leak into the wall face ceramic tile laying device for the building engineering construction through an opening sealing device, a push-out device is controlled through cooperation between a clamping device and the strain device, the ceramic tiles to be laid are pressed to a wall through the push-out device, and manual pressing is not needed, so that the workload of the workers is further reduced; and the pressing force can be kept the same, so that the ceramic tiles to be laid can be flush with one another favorably, the purpose of automatically laying the ceramic tiles to be laid is achieved, the laying efficiency is high, and the practicability of the laying device is improved.
