Stereotyped operation platform of elevator shaft and operation method
The invention discloses a stereotyped operation platform of an elevator shaft. The direction toward a door opening of the elevator shaft is used as the forward direction, and the operation platform comprises a platform panel, a horizontal framework, a supporting framework and at least two lower side supports, wherein the platform panel and the horizontal framework are horizontally arranged and areof rectangular structures matched with the cross section of the inner wall of the elevator shaft, the bottom of the platform panel is welded to the horizontal framework, the bottom of the horizontalframework is welded to the top of the supporting framework, all the lower side supports are fixedly connected to the lower part of the front side of the supporting framework at intervals in the left-right direction, a plurality of round steel hanging rings penetrating through the platform panel are welded to the horizontal framework, and at least two groups of adjustable supporting structures arefixedly connected to the rear side part of the horizontal framework. According to the stereotyped operation platform, the structure is improved on the basis of a traditional elevator shaft operation platform, the lower side supports and the adjustable support structures are added, and the operation platform is ensured to be fixed firmly in the elevator shaft; and moreover, an elevator shaft protection structure is additionally arranged, the construction is safe, the turnover utilization is realized, and the cost is low.
一种电梯井定型化操作平台,以朝向电梯井门洞口的方向为前向,包括平台面板、水平骨架、支撑骨架和至少两个下侧部支架,平台面板和水平骨架均水平设置且为与电梯井道内壁横截面相适配的矩形结构,平台面板的底部焊接在水平骨架上,水平骨架的底部与支撑骨架的顶部焊接,所有的下侧部支架沿左右方向间隔固定连接在支撑骨架的前侧下部,水平骨架上焊接有若干个穿过平台面板的圆钢吊环,水平骨架的后侧部固定连接有至少两组可调支撑结构。本发明在传统的电梯井操作平台的基础上进行了结构改进,增加了下侧部支架和可调支撑结构,保证操作平台在电梯井道内固定牢靠,而且增加了电梯井防护结构,施工安全,能周转利用,成本低廉。
