Reinforcing device applied to bridge supporting column formwork
The invention discloses a reinforcing device applied to a bridge supporting column formwork. The reinforcing device is provided with two reinforcing plates which are symmetrically arranged and first fastening bolts, wherein the two reinforcing plates are connected through the first fastening bolts; each reinforcing plate comprises a first connecting plate and two second connecting plates; first grooves are formed in the side faces, opposite to the side faces, provided with first through holes, of the first connecting plates and the second connecting plates; second through holes are formed in the second connecting plates on the side faces, second fastening bolts are arranged in the first grooves and the second through holes in a penetrating mode, and then the overlapping length of the second connecting plates and the second connecting plates can be conveniently adjusted; meanwhile, first fixing parts are arranged at the arched tops of the first connecting plates, and a fixing plate on the same side face of the formwork can further improve the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing device by arranging a fourth fastening bolt between the two first fixing parts; and when formwork removal is completed after bridge pouring, the reinforcing device can be conveniently disassembled, and material waste can be effectively avoided.
本发明的一种应用于桥梁支撑柱模板的加固装置,设置两相互对称设置的加固板和第一紧固螺栓,第一紧固螺栓将两个加固板相互连接,加固板包括第一连接板和两个第二连接板,第一连接板的和第二连接板设置有第一通孔的侧面相对的侧面设置有第一凹槽,该面的第二连接板上设置有第二通孔,在第一凹槽和第二通孔内穿设第二紧固螺栓,进而能够方便的对第二连接板和第二连接板相互重合的长度进行调节,同时在第一连接板的拱起的顶部设置第一固定部,在模板的同一侧面上的固定板通过在两个第一固定部之间设置第四紧固螺栓,能够进一步的增加本发明的加固效果,当桥梁浇筑完成拆模时,本发明能够方便的拆卸下来,能够有效的避免材料的浪费。
