The invention discloses a novel ventilation and positive pressure type prevention and control novel coronavirus PVC inflatable tent. The coronavirus PVC inflatable tent is composed of an air inlet system, a tent main body, a glove operation opening and a gas disinfection device; the tent main body is composed of an inflatable column, a PVC thin film awning, an air exhaust device bag, an inflationvalve and a sealing rubber ring; the air inlet system is composed of a positive pressure type air input device, a nanofiber filtering device and an air inlet; and the positive pressure type air inputdevice is used for outputting air with certain pressure, flow and temperature, and the positive pressure type air input device is connected with the air inlet through the nanofiber filtering device and is used for sending the air to the interior of the tent. The air exhaust device bag is welded with the PVC thin film awning through ultrasonic waves, and is used for wrapping and supporting the gasdisinfection device. According to the coronavirus PVC inflatable tent, the personnel in the tent are isolated and protected, the air is input into the tent through the air inlet by means of the filtering treatment, so that the inhaled gas needed by people in the tent is ensured, the expired gas is discharged into the air through an exhaust port after being disinfected by the disinfection device, and therefore the risk of infection to people outside the tent is eliminated.
