The invention discloses a management box for controlling mobile phone usage time of students. The management box includes a hardware part and a software part, the hardware part includes a placement box for storing a mobile phone, the placement box includes an upper box body and a lower box body, one ends of the upper box body and the lower box body are connecting ends hinged to each other, the other ends of the upper box body and the lower box body are free ends which can be opened and closed, an electronic lock device connected with the inner part of the free end of the lower box body is arranged in the free end of the upper box body, the placement box is further internally provided with a controller which controls the electronic lock device, and the controller communicates with the software part. The management box is reasonable in arrangement and convenient to use. The software part controls the opening and closing of the electronic lock device in the placement box, remote management can be achieved by mobile phones of parents, and timed opening and closing can be chosen, so that the students with poor self-control are freed from indulging in the mobile phones, and it is guaranteed that the students have more energy to get involved in study in terms of time.
