The invention relates to a bicycle lock. The bicycle lock is characterized in that a locking mechanism and a control device are included; the locking mechanism comprises a rotating piece provided witha groove in the peripheral direction, a safety locking piece provided with a locking part, and a manipulating assembly provided with a manipulating piece; the manipulating assembly is hinged to the safety locking piece, and the control device acts on the manipulating assembly; the manipulating assembly comprises a lock piece, and the lock piece can act on the manipulating piece; and the manipulating piece drives the safety locking piece to rotate, and the locking part can be embedded in the groove to lock the rotating piece. The invention relates to a bicycle applying the bicycle lock. The bicycle lock and the bicycle are easy to assembly and low in maintenance and manufacturing cost.
