The door body assembly comprises a door body hinge, a door body, a pressing piece and a contact switch; the door body hinge comprises a fixing seat and a rotating piece, wherein the fixing seat is arranged on a box body of the cooking appliance, and one end of the rotating piece is rotatably arranged on the fixing seat; the door body is rotatably arranged on the fixing seat, and the other end of the rotating piece is slidably arranged on the door body; the pressing piece is arranged on the rotating piece, and the rotating piece drives the pressing piece to slide on the door body; and the contact switch is arranged on the door body and is positioned in a sliding range of the pressing piece. According to the door body assembly of the cooking appliance and the cooking appliance with the same, the contact switch is arranged on the door body, so that the cooking appliance has a door opening detection function, and the safety of use by users is improved; and meanwhile, the pressing piece for triggering the contact switch is arranged on the door body hinge, and the pressing piece can be linked by means of the door body hinge, so that an independent fixing structure and an independent transmission structure are not needed, and the structure of the cooking applianceis simplified.
