The invention discloses an automobile electric tailgate stay bar anti-clamping control system based on a Hall sensor. The system comprises a central processing unit, a CAN signal transceiving unit with a signal transceiving function, a CAN bus for receiving vehicle information and a tailgate stay bar device, wherein the central processing unit is connected with the tailgate stay bar device; the tailgate stay bar device comprises the Hall sensor used for detecting the rotating speed of a stay bar motor, when the tailgate meets an obstacle when being opened or closed, when the rotating speed ofthe stay bar motor falls below a set limit, the Hall sensor detects the existence of an obstacle, meanwhile, the current consumption of the stay bar motor is increased, the power supply of the stay bar motor is reversed, so that the trunk cover moves in the opposite stroke direction. The system has the functions of intelligently detecting obstacles and realizing emergency braking, and the tailgatecan be automatically retracted when encountering obstacles when the tailgate is opened, so that the stay bar motor is prevented from being burnt due to excessive current; when the tailgate is closed,the tailgate can automatically bounce back when encountering obstacles, and accidental clamping injury is avoided.
