The invention relates to a door (1), window, or facade element with a leaf comprising a leaf frame (2) which is composed of leaf frame bars (4, 5, 6) and comprising a window frame (3) which is composed of window frame bars (7-10) and to which the leaf is hinged. A sealing system which has at least two seals is provided for a rebate (F) formed between the window and the leaf frames in the closed state. The invention is characterized in that the sealing system has at least one or two seal pairs, each of which consists of a first seal (29a, 30b) on the window frame bar (4, 5, 6) and a second seal(29b, 39a) on the leaf frame bar (7, 8, 9, 10), said first seal and second seal together forming at least one or preferably two or more central seal(s) which sealingly bridge(s) the rebate (F) in theclosed state of the leaf.
