The invention discloses a pipe curtain cover excavation reverse construction method for subway station construction. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a cover excavation mode is adopted forright line or left line excavation of a subway station; after a right line or left line of the subway station is subjected to cover excavation to a preset position, a pipe curtain is jacked from an excavation line to a non-excavation line to form a shed cover structure; soil below the shed cover structure is excavated out, and a working face is provided for a construction top plate; and then, a cover excavation reverse construction method is adopted, and all layers of plate beams of the station are sequentially constructed. According to the pipe curtain cover excavation reverse construction method, the supporting effect of a transverse pipe curtain structure is utilized, bearing of the dead load of soft soil of a water-rich sand layer above the transverse pipe curtain structure and the live load of traveling vehicles and pedestrians is achieved, meanwhile, effective avoiding of complex underground pipelines in overlying soil can be achieved, and inconvenience brought to pedestrian traffic due to the fact that the ground is excessively occupied is avoided.
