Method for producing high-purity magnesium hydroxide, high-purity magnesium oxide and high-purity magnesia series magnesium products by using salt lake brine
The invention discloses a method for producing high-purity magnesium hydroxide, high-purity magnesium oxide and high-purity magnesia series magnesium products by using salt lake brine. Purified salt lake brine is used as a raw material, high-purity magnesium hydroxide and high-purity basic magnesium carbonate are respectively prepared by two-stage magnesium precipitation reaction of ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate, and the total conversion efficiency of magnesium reaches 97-98%. The high-purity magnesium hydroxide is further processed to produce high-purity ultrafine magnesium hydroxide, high-purity heavy magnesium oxide, high-purity ultrafine magnesium oxide, high-purity sintered magnesia, high-purity fused magnesia and other products; and the high-purity light magnesium oxide product isproduced by further processing the high-purity basic magnesium carbonate. Ammonia vapor is obtained from an ammonium chloride mother liquor, obtained after basic magnesium carbonate is separated through two-stage magnesium precipitation, by adopting a lime milk reaction ammonia distillation process, and the ammonia vapor is conveyed into a system for producing magnesium hydroxide through one-stage magnesium precipitation reaction after being cooled by a corrugated pipe condenser and compressed and pressurized by an ammonia compressor, so that cyclic utilization of ammonia is realized. An ammonia distillation waste liquid is used for recovering high-quality anhydrous calcium chloride byproduct.
本发明公开了一种以盐湖卤水生产高纯氢氧化镁、高纯氧化镁及高纯镁砂系列镁产品的方法,以经过净化处理的盐湖卤水为原料,采用氨、碳酸氢铵两段沉镁反应,分别制取高纯氢氧化镁和高纯碱式碳酸镁,镁的总转化效率达到97%~98%。高纯氢氧化镁通过进一步加工生产高纯超细氢氧化镁、高纯重质氧化镁、高纯超细氧化镁,高纯烧结镁砂和高纯电熔镁砂等产品;高纯碱式碳酸镁通过进一步加工生产高纯轻质氧化镁产品。二段沉镁分离碱式碳酸镁后得到的氯化铵母液,采用石灰乳反应蒸氨方法得到氨蒸汽,氨蒸汽经波纹管冷凝器冷却、氨压机压缩增压后,输送到一段沉镁反应生产氢氧化镁系统中,实现氨的循环利用。蒸氨废液用于回收高品质的无水氯化钙副产品。
