The invention provides a concrete floor which realizes the flatness and the hardness and can bearing high pressure and is anti-skid. The method for pouring the concrete floor by using the machine-madesand comprises the following steps: A, selecting the machine-made sand which is prepared by crushing cobblestones and has a larger particle size, matching with high-grade cement with the pressure of42.5 MPa or above, uniformly stirring according to the ratio of the cement to the sand of 1: 1.8, and adding a proper amount of water to prepare mortar; B, pouring a base layer; when the base layer concrete is initially set and people can stand on the base layer concrete without sinking, the prepared mortar is uniformly laid, and the thickness is 2-3 cm; S, preliminary leveling by using a pressingruler, using a steel knife for troweling once when the finger presses down a mark but does not sink, and performing troweling for the second time after overflowing water is dried; and D, brushing antiskid lines by using a brush.
本发明提供了一种砼地板既达到平整坚硬,又能承受较大压力,又能防滑,是一种应用机制砂浇筑砼地板的方法,其步骤如下:A,选取由鹅卵石破碎制成的粒径较大的机制砂,配以42.5MPa及以上的高标号水泥,按水泥∶砂为1∶1.8的比例拌匀,并加适量水拌成砂浆;B,浇筑基层;待基层砼初凝,人可在上面站立而不陷入时,均匀铺上配好的砂浆,厚度为2‑3cm;C,用压尺初步整平,到手指压下有印但不陷时用钢刀抹光一次,待泛出的水干后再抹第二遍;D,用毛刷刷出防滑纹路。
