Oyster attachment substrate made of lightweight concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an oyster attachment substrate technology, in particular to an oyster attachment substrate made of lightweight concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the crossing field of marine sessile organisms and marine concrete. The attachment substrate comprises the following components: a cementing material, a light coarse aggregate, a light fine aggregate, water, dark pigment, calcium carbonate powder, trace elements and a superplasticizer. By adopting the lightweight aggregate concrete, the weight of a concrete attachment substrate can be reduced, and the cost of transportation, labor and the like can be reduced in the preparation, transportation and maintenance processes of a test piece; the labor cost for fishermen to move the attachment substrate andharvest oysters or the cost for transporting, fixing and the like in ocean concrete engineering can be reduced during actual sea culture; and the risk of accidental falling onto the ground to be broken during use can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种牡蛎附着基技术,尤其涉及一种轻质混凝土的牡蛎附着基及制备方法,属于海洋固着生物与海洋混凝土交叉领域。本发明材料组分包括:胶凝材料、轻质粗骨料、轻质细骨料、水、深色颜料、碳酸钙粉、微量元素和超塑化剂。本发明采用轻质骨料混凝土可以减轻混凝土附着基的重量,在试件制备、运输、养护的过程中会减少运输、人工等费用;且在实海养殖时可以减少渔民移动附着基及牡蛎采收时的人力成本或者是其应用于海洋混凝土工程中运输、固定等的费用;且可降低在使用中不慎掉到地上破碎的风险。
