Waste desulfurized gypsum and fly ash are used as main materials, water glass or sodium hydroxide is added into the main materials, the foundationbackfill material obtained according to the proportion of the raw materials is good in mechanical property, and a foundation meeting the bearing capacity design requirement can be prepared. As shown in the result of the embodiment, the compaction coefficient of the prepared foundation is 97.5-99.2%, and the characteristic value of the bearing capacity is 280-330 kPa on the basis of the waste desulfurized gypsum-waste fly ash foundation backfill material.
本发明属于建筑工程和固废利用技术领域,尤其涉及一种废脱硫石膏‑废粉煤灰地基回填材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明以废弃脱硫石膏和粉煤灰作为主体材料,并在其中添加水玻璃或氢氧化钠,按照所述原料比例得到的地基回填材料的力学性能好,可制得满足承载力设计要求的地基。如实施例结果所示,以所述废脱硫石膏‑废粉煤灰地基回填材料为基础,所制备的地基的压实系数为97.5~99.2%,承载力特征值为280~330kPa。
