Preparation method of graphene oxide modified asbestos-fiber-free reinforced calcium silicate board
The invention relates to a preparation method of a graphene oxide modified asbestos-fiber-free reinforced calcium silicate board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing agraphene oxide solution with the mass fraction of 0.65%; (2) uniformly mixing the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of reinforced fibers, 40-60 parts of quartz powder, 10-25 parts ofcement, 15-20 parts of slaked lime powder, 0.2-0.4 part of graphene oxide and 1-2 parts of water glass to prepare plate blank slurry with the concentration of 10-15%; (3) preparing a plate blank through a flowing plate shaping process; (4) pre-curing the plate blank at 60-70 DEG C for 6-8 hours, demolding the plate blank, and then putting the plate blank into a still kettle at 180-183 DEG C to besubjected to steam curing for 16-20 hours to form a semi-finished plate; and (5) drying the prepared semi-finished plate until the moisture content is 5-8%, and carrying out surface treatment procedures of sanding, edging and chamfering to obtain the finished product graphene oxide modified asbestos-fiber-free reinforced calcium silicate plate. The calcium silicate board prepared by the method hasthe advantages of low water absorption, light weight and high strength.
本发明涉及一种氧化石墨烯改性无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板的制备方法。包括以下步骤:①制备质量分数为0.65%的氧化石墨烯溶液。②按质量份数:增强纤维10~15份、石英粉40~60份、水泥10~25份、消石灰粉15~20份、氧化石墨烯0.2~0.4份、水玻璃1~2份混合均匀,制成浓度为10~15%的板胚料浆;③通过流浆制板工艺制得板坯;④将板胚在60~70℃下预养护6~8h后进行脱模,再置于180~183℃的蒸压釜中蒸养16~20h,形成半成品板材;⑤将制得的半成品板材烘干至水分含量为5~8%后,经过砂光、磨边倒角的表面处理工序,即制得成品的氧化石墨烯改性无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板。本发明所制备硅酸钙板具有低吸水率、轻质、高强的优点。
