The invention discloses a grouting material for manufacturing a ceramic product. The grouting material comprises porcelain clay, water and bamboo charcoal powder, the weight of the water is 30-60% ofthe weight of the porcelain clay, and the addition amount of the bamboo charcoal powder is 5-8% of the weight of the porcelain clay. The invention further discloses a ceramic product manufacturing method beneficial to glazing. A certain amount of bamboo charcoal powder is mixed into porcelain clay, slurry is loose during manufacturing to facilitate manufacturing, part of the bamboo charcoal powderis burnt off after biscuiting, small holes are formed in the surface of the ceramic body, air in the ceramic body can be exhausted during biscuiting and the surface of the ceramic body has certain roughness, the glaze surface and the ceramic body can be combined more firmly during glazing, no air is exhausted during glazing and no air hole is formed in the glaze surface.
