Preparation method of alumina fiber blanket
The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an alumina fiber blanket. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) forming fibers from a spinning solution containing an aluminum source and a silicon source, and collecting cotton from the obtained fibers to obtain a precursor fiber blank with the water contentof 5-35%; b) sequentially curing and needling the precursor fiber blank to obtain a precursor fiber blanket blank, wherein the curing temperature is 30-200 DEG C, the relative humidity is 20-90 RH%,and the duration is 10-60 min; and c) performing heat treatment on the precursor fiber blanket blank to obtain the alumina fiber blanket. According to the method provided by the invention, the precursor fibers with specific water content are cured at specific temperature and humidity, so that the fibers have higher strength under the condition of ensuring the internal water content of the fibers,the resistance between the fibers is reduced, and the precursor fiber blank can be needled, interwoven and shaped into the blanket without adding any lubricating grease.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种氧化铝纤维毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a)将含有铝源和硅源的纺丝原液进行成纤,得到的纤维丝进行集棉,得到含水率为5~35%的前驱体纤维坯;b)对前驱体纤维坯依次进行养护和针刺,得到前驱体纤维毯坯;所述养护的温度为30~200℃,相当对湿度为20~90RH%,时间为10~60min;c)对前驱体纤维毯坯进行热处理,得到氧化铝纤维毯。本发明提供的方法通过将特定含水率的前驱体纤维在特定的温度和湿度下进行养护处理,在保证纤维内部含水率的情况下,保证了纤维具有更高的强度,减少了纤维与纤维间的阻力,从而可在不添加任何润滑脂的情况下,实现前驱体纤维坯针刺交织定型成毯。
