Noodle collecting device
The invention discloses a noodle collecting device which is used for collecting noodles in track beam manufacturing and comprises a noodle collecting plate, an assisting part, a swing assembly and a driving assembly, the swing assembly is arranged on the noodle collecting plate and used for driving the noodle collecting plate to move, and the driving assembly is connected with the swing assembly and used for driving the swing assembly to move. In the process that the driving assembly drives the swing assembly to move, when the swing assembly makes contact with the power assisting piece, the counter-acting force provided by the power assisting piece can be obtained so as to drive the panel collecting plate to advance. According to the noodle collecting device, the driving assembly can drivethe swing assembly to move, and the swing assembly can make contact with the power assisting piece in the moving process; and when the swing assembly makes contact with the power assisting piece, thepower assisting piece can generate reverse acting force on the swing assembly, so the face collecting plate can be driven to advance on the wall face of the track beam, and face collecting operationcan be conducted on the track beam through the face collecting plate. Therefore, the surface finishing operation of the track beam can be mechanized, and the surface finishing operation efficiency ofthe track beam is improved.
本发明公开了一种收面装置，收面装置在轨道梁制造中用于收面且包括：收面板、助力件、摆动组件和驱动组件，摆动组件设于收面板以用于带动收面板运动，驱动组件与摆动组件连接以用于驱动摆动组件运动。其中，在驱动组件驱动摆动组件运动过程中，当摆动组件接触到助力件时可得到助力件提供的反作用力以带动收面板行进。根据本发明的收面装置，驱动组件可以驱动摆动组件运动，摆动组件运动过程中会接触助力件，而且，摆动组件与助力件接触时，助力件会对摆动组件产生反向作用力，从而可以驱动收面板在轨道梁的壁面行进，进而可以通过收面板对轨道梁进行收面作业。由此，可以使轨道梁的收面作业机械化，提高了轨道梁收面作业效率。
