The invention aims to solve the problem that the road rolling force of the existing road roller is not easy to control. The invention discloses a road roller for highway construction. The road rollercomprises a machine base, and a mounting plate is welded to the bottom face of the machine base. Baffles are symmetrically welded to the two sides of the lower surface of the mounting plate. Supporting rods are symmetrically welded to the lower surface of the mounting plate. A connecting ring is welded to the lower end of the supporting rod. A connecting rod is welded between the connecting rings,a rotating shaft is sleeved with the connecting rings, a motor is installed at the front end of the rotating shaft, a positioning frame is fastened between the motor and the connecting rod through screws, the surface of the rotating shaft is sleeved with a compaction wheel, the rear side of the surface of the rotating shaft is sleeved with a rotating disc, and a second sleeve is welded to the inner end of the side face of the compaction wheel. The push plate is reasonably and additionally arranged on the periphery of the compaction wheel, the road compaction force is further controlled, the road compaction effect is improved, the situation that the compaction force is insufficient during road compaction is prevented, and the road compaction device is reasonable in design, convenient to operate, safe and reliable.
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的压路机不易对压路力度进行控制的难题，公开了一种公路施工用压路机，包括机座，所述机座底面焊接有安装板，所述安装板下表面两侧对称焊接有挡板，所述安装板下表面对称焊接有支撑杆，所述支撑杆下端焊接有连接环，所述连接环之间焊接有连接杆，所述连接环内部套装有转轴，所述转轴前端安装有电机，所述电机与连接杆之间螺钉紧固有定位架，所述转轴表面套装有压实轮，所述转轴表面后侧套装有转盘，所述压实轮侧面内端焊接有第二套管。本发明合理在压实轮外周加装推板，进一步实现对压路力度进行控制，提高压路效果，在进行压路的时候防止压实力度不够，且设计合理，操作方便，安全可靠。
