The buoyancy tank folding and unfolding auxiliary device comprises a rack,the two sides, corresponding to the buoyancy tank carrying cart, of the rack are connected with two supports through two first hinges correspondingly, guide wheels are mounted on the supports, a hookclaw is matched with the support through a second hinge, the hook claw is matched with a first telescopic rod, the first telescopic rod drives the hook claw to rotate around the hinge point so as to change the included angle between the hook claw and the support, the stop pin is used for enabling the hook claw to be matched with or separated from the buoyancy tank body, a second telescopic rod isconnected between the rack and the support, the second telescopic rod drives the two supports to rotate around the corresponding first hinges respectively, and then the inclined angles between the supports and the rack are simultaneously changed.
