Positive and negative pressure combined vacuum preloading soft foundation reinforcing system and method
The invention discloses a positive and negative pressure combined vacuum preloading soft foundation reinforcing system and method. The system comprises a vacuum water-gas separation device, a vacuum pump, a water suction pump and an air compressor, and further comprises vertical drainage plates, a main pipe and branch pipes, wherein the branch pipes communicate and gather the multiple vertical drainage plates together; the multiple branch pipes are gathered and communicate with the main pipe; the vertical drainage plates, the branch pipes and the main pipe communicate to form a pipe assembly;the pipe assembly is provided with a joint detachably connected with downstream equipment; when the detachably connected joint of the pipe assembly is connected to a water inlet of the vacuum water-gas separation device, the vacuum pump provides vacuumizing to form the negative pressure vacuum preloading soft foundation reinforcing system; and when the detachably connected joint of the pipe assembly is connected to the air compressor, the air compressor provides high-pressure gas to the pipe assembly to form a positive pressure pressurizing system. The system accelerates the soft soil foundation settlement speed, shortens the treatment period, increases the soft foundation treatment effective depth, effectively controls post-construction settlement, and achieves the excellent engineering application prospect.
本发明公开了一种正负压联合的真空预压加固软基系统及方法,其包括真空水气分离装置、真空泵、抽水泵和空气压缩机,还包括竖向排水板、主管和支管,支管将多条竖向排水板连通汇集在一起,若干支管汇总连通于主管,竖向排水板、支管及主管连通构成管道集成,所述管道集成具有与下游设备可拆卸连接的接头,当管道集成的可拆卸连接的接头连接于真空水气分离装置进水口时真空泵提供抽真空构成负压真空预压加固软基系统,当管道集成的可拆卸连接的接头连接于空气压缩机时空气压缩机向管道集成提供高压气体构成正压加压系统。本发明加速软土地基沉降速率、缩短处理工期、增加软基处理有效深度,有效控制工后沉降,具有很好的工程应用前景。
