The invention provides a simple personal movement and quarantine cover. The simple personal movement quarantine and cover is composed of a supporting shed frame and a quarantine film arranged on the supporting shed frame in a wrapping mode. The simple personal movement and quarantine cover is characterized in that a personal space area isolated from the outside is defined by the supporting shed frame, the supporting shed frame is wrapped with the quarantine film to form the integrated quarantine cover with the top surface and the side faces sealed and the bottom surface open, and the purposesof free traveling and other daily activities are realized by means of hand operation and wearing of the supporting shed frame. The simple personal movement and quarantine cover has the advantages thatpersonal independent movement and quarantine are realized, and users are protected against droplets or aerosol containing germs; and the simple personal movement and quarantine cover is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to use and easy to apply and popularize.
