Each of the inner side face and the outer side face ofa heat preservation plate is provided with at least one groove arranged in the length direction of the heat preservation plate, the grooves in the two side faces are arranged in a staggered manner, and inner mortar layers are laid in the inner side face, the outer side face and the periphery of the heat preservation plate. The grooves are internally provided with strengthening protrusions connected with the inner mortar layers into a whole.
