The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings and especially relates to a recovery device applied to a hollow building template. Aiming at the problems that, in a current recovery course of the hollow building template, only the surface of the template is washed simply, pollutant residues and corrosion can be generated easily, and use times are influenced, the invention proposes the following scheme which comprises a box body, wherein two side plates are fixedly installed on the top of the box body; a conveying pump is fixedly installed in the box body; rollers are installed on twosides of the box body; and two shells are fixedly installed at the center of the top of the box body. The recovery device provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that high-pressure waterflows are jetted to the surface of the building template by the conveying pump, a washing pipe and jetting pipes, so that the surface of the building template can be effectively washed; the jetting pipes are distributed in a staggered manner inside the device, so a washing scope is wide; and in addition, the building template can sway between conveying trays disposed on two sides while being impacted by the water pressure, so that directions of the washing water flows are always changing and the quality of washing and recovery of the building template can be enhanced.
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其是一种用于中空建筑模板的回收装置,针对现有的中空建筑模板回收过程中只是简单的对其表面进行冲洗,容易造成污染物残留腐蚀,影响使用次数的问题,现提出以下方案,包括箱体,所述箱体的顶部固定安装有两个侧板,且箱体的内部固定安装有输送泵,箱体的两侧均安装有滚轮,所述箱体的顶部中间固定安装有两个壳体。本发明通过输送泵、清洗管和喷射管向建筑模板表面喷射高压水流,进而对建筑模板表面进行有效的冲洗工作,且喷射管交错分布于装置内部,清洗范围广,同时,建筑模板在受到水压的冲击时,会在两侧的输送盘体之间摆动,使得冲刷水流方向时刻处于变化状态,提高对建筑模板冲洗回收的质量。
