The invention discloses a parking space, which comprises a charging pile corresponding to the parking space and a parking space lock located in the parking space, wherein the parking space lock comprises a base, a rotatable swing arm mounted on the base, a parking space detector used for detecting the state of the parking space, a driving motor used for driving the swing arm to rotate, a driving control module used for controlling the driving motor and a controller, and the parking space detector and the driving control module are electrically connected with the controller; the invention further provides a parking lot. According to the parking space and the parking lot disclosed by the invention, the state of the parking space is monitored through the parking space lock arranged on the parking space, so that the state of the charging pile on the parking space is obtained, the state of the charging pile can be accurately known for a charging demander of an automobile, the problem causedby the occupation of the parking space provided with charging pile is avoided, and accurate reference can be provided for the charging demander.
本发明公开了一种停车位，包括与该停车位对应的充电桩以及位于停车位的车位锁，车位锁包括底座、可转动的安装于底座上的摆臂、用以侦测停车位状态的车位侦测器、驱动摆臂转动的驱动电机、控制驱动电机的驱动控制模块，以及控制器；车位侦测器和驱动控制模块均与控制器电性连接，本发明还提供了一种停车场。本发明一种停车位及停车场利用设置在停车位上的车位锁监测停车位状态，进而获取到该停车位上充电桩状态，能够为汽车充电需求者能够准确的获知充电桩的状态，避免了因设有充电桩的停车位被占用带来的问题，能够为充电需求者提供准确的参考。
