Control method for magnetoelectric coupling type lock cylinder
The invention discloses a control method for a magnetoelectric coupling type lock cylinder. The control method comprises the following steps of: (a) setting N (N is larger than 1) password identifyingholes, wherein each password identifying hole corresponds to an input interface of one single chip, each single chip is used for setting a threshold voltage for the corresponding password identifyinghole, the threshold voltages are correspondingly recorded as V1, V2, V3......VN, and the fluctuation range of each threshold voltage is set as +/-V'; (b) pressing down a start key to make a controller get to a password identification state, wherein the input voltage of each password identifying hole is 0 at the moment; (c) at any moment after the controller gets to the password identification state, judging that the passwords are valid by using the controller if the input interfaces of the single chips corresponding to all the password identifying holes receive corresponding threshold voltages of which the fluctuation range is within +/-V'; and (d) if the controller judges that the passwords are valid, starting a relay to conduct an electromagnetic switch execution mechanism after amplifying electric signals sent by output interfaces of the single chips, and unlocking the lock cylinder by using the electromagnetic switch execution mechanism. The control method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being high in reliability and difficult to break.
本发明公开了一种磁电耦合锁芯的控制方法,包括如下步骤:a.设密码识别孔有N个(N>1),每个密码识别孔对应一路单片机的输入接口,单片机对每个密码识别孔设置一个阈值电压,分别记为V,V,V……V,每个阈值电压的波动范围设为±V’;b.按下启动键,控制器进入密码识别状态,此时所有的密码识别孔输入电压均为0;c.控制器进入密码识别状态中的任意时刻,若所有密码识别孔对应的单片机输入接口均接收到对应的波动范围在±V’内的阈值电压,则控制器判定密码为有效;d.若控制器判定密码为有效,则单片机的输出接口发送电信号经放大后启动继电器导通电磁开关执行机构,由电磁开关执行机构打开锁舌。本发明具有可靠性高、难以破解的优点。
