The invention provides a self-weight type turning plate disconnecting mechanism. The self-weight type turning plate disconnecting mechanism comprises a steel structure frame, a hinge mechanism, a turning plate and a bolt mechanism. A fixed lifting lug of the hinge mechanism is fixed on the steel structure frame, and a movable lifting lug of the hinge mechanism is fixed on the turning plate; a fixed guide seat of the bolt mechanism is fixed on the steel structure frame, and a movable guide seat is fixed on the turning plate; the turning plate can rotate around the hinge mechanism; and a bolt ofthe bolt mechanism is inserted into a guide groove in the movable guide base, and it is guaranteed that a vehicle can enter and exit from an elevator car along the turning plate. When a fire disasteroccurs, a bolt of the bolt mechanism is pulled open, the turning plate rotates around a hinge under the self-weight effect, the turning plate droops and is disconnected, a fireproof rolling shutter door in front of an elevator can descend to the ground, and fireproof isolation partitions are formed. The self-weight type turning plate disconnecting mechanism is simple in structure, high in operation safety performance and suitable for the position where a transition rail in front of the elevator in plane moving type mechanical parking equipment is separated by the fireproof rolling shutter door.
