The invention discloses a louver with built-in louver hollow glass and a lamp band. The louver comprises two pieces of parallel glass, a venetian blind, a metal hollow frame, a linkage mechanism and at least one outer control handle. The linkage mechanism comprises a turnover mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a rope and at least one inner control handle. According to the louver with the built-in louver hollow glass, multiple combinations, such as a single handle on the single side, dual handles on the single side, a single side on the two sides, dual handles on the two sides and pulling down onthe four sides, can be provided, an L shape and an I shape can be achieved by the single handle on the single side, and the manner of dual handles on one side and dual handles on the two sides can beachieved by dual handles on the two sides; and the lamp band is arranged on the side of the venetian blind, and is controlled by a controller, the lamp band can be lightened, the diversified requirements of users are met, production efficiency is maximized, and waste of material resources is eradicated.
