The invention provides a grape planting frame capable of being adjusted in a lifting mode. The grape planting frame comprises four stand columns arranged side by side in pairs, wherein a hanging frameused for supporting grape vines is arranged among the four stand columns; the hanging frame is fixedly connected with the four stand columns; each stand column comprises an upper column section, a lower column section and an adjusting section positioned between the upper column section and the lower column section; the hanging frame is fixedly connected with the upper column sections of the fourstand columns; two ends of each adjusting section are in threaded connection with the corresponding upper column section and the corresponding lower column section; and an axial length of the stand columns can be selectively increased or decreased by rotating the adjusting sections. Compared with an existing grape frame, the grape planting frame capable of being adjusted in the lifting mode has the advantages that the height of the hanging frame is more convenient and simpler to adjust; when a planter needs to carry out observation, pruning, watering and other operations, the height of the hanging frame is decreased; and at ordinary times, the height of the hanging frame is increased so that grapes can receive light.
