The invention provides a chair with a shower function and shower equipment. The chair with the shower function and the shower equipment can efficiently heat a seated person in a wide range. The chairwith the shower function is provided with a chair main body (2) comprising a seat part (3) and a backrest (4). An upper end horizontal pipe (20) extending left and right is supported by the chair mainbody above the backrest, and a pair of hollow shower arms (30) is connected to the left and right ends of an upper end horizontal pipe in a manner of being capable of rotating up and down and left and right. The pair of shower arms is substantially S-shaped and has a first arm portion (31) and a second arm portion (32). The first arm portion extends forward and further extends downward in front of the backrest. A nozzle (31a) for spraying hot water toward the upper body of the seated person is formed in the first arm portion. The second arm portion extends forward from a distal end of the first arm portion at a position higher than the seat portion. A nozzle (32a) for spraying hot water toward the legs of the seated person is formed in the second arm portion.
